Kim Chi Soup (non-spicy)

Cooked Tofu, seaweed and mushroom with Kim Chi added later at low temperature to avoid killing the good probiotics. 

Served cold warm by slowly reheated in a saucepan to under 60 degrees for immediate consumption.
